1. Service Description

Flowdake provides a SaaS platform enabling users to:

• Create marketing campaigns using AI assistance
• Manage organic and paid campaigns
• Connect advertising platforms
• Generate content and reports
• Monitor performance

Flowdake does not guarantee marketing or commercial results.

2. User Accounts

• Information must be accurate
• Users are responsible for account security
• Professional use only

3. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Run deceptive or illegal campaigns
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Breach third-party advertising rules

4. Third-Party Platforms

Users acknowledge that:

• Campaigns are subject to third-party platform rules
• Flowdake is not responsible for ad rejections or account suspensions
• Users remain fully responsible for compliance

5. Intellectual Property

• Flowdake owns the platform and software
• Users retain ownership of their content
• Users grant Flowdake a limited license to process content solely to provide the service

6. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated outputs:

• Are assistance tools only
• Require user review and validation
• Are used under the user's responsibility

7. Subscription & Billing

• Access may require a paid subscription
• Billing is monthly or annually
• No refunds for unused periods
• Payments are handled by Stripe

8. Limitation of Liability

Flowdake shall not be liable for indirect damages.

Liability is limited to the amounts paid by the user over the previous 12 months.

9. Termination

• Users may terminate at any time
• Flowdake may suspend accounts in case of breach
• Access is revoked upon termination

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law.

Jurisdiction: competent courts of France.
